Home-Made Cream 25 cl

Fresh cream from Fruitière de Bogève and La Chapelle d'Abondance, made from raw Savoy milk harvested from the farms of the Bogève cooperative. We produce it daily in our workshops.The cream is thus very tasty, slightly tart and its texture is thick. It comes from the skimming of the serum after the production of milk in reblochon or abundance.It is ideal in sauce without reducing too much so as not to bring out the fat.We use it a lot by accompanying meringues or pies for dessert or simply with strawberries or other red fruits, but it is not suitable for whipping up in whipped cream.
